So Maggi and I bought tickets to see Ingrid Michaelson back in January. We were well aware that the performance was during finals week. We were well aware that we would most likely be broke by this time. We were WELL aware that we would love this concert and that it would be worth every effort put forth to experience Ingrid's perfection.

My family is where mine wandered to. My parents and grandparents specifically... not necessarily a place. THEN i thought of Logan, that drive through Sardine Canyon that shoots you into the valley with a smile on your face...

then i thought HOLY COW.

Also after having a good little chat with myself the other day it was realized that i get to the point when doing things by myself and for myself is my life. I had a good reminder while i was listening to the chorus of this song. Simple Song- The Shins

I don't know why it struck my listen to this specifically BUT sometimes songs just speak to you. 

Now that life is chillen out a little bit its time to start gathering needed items for Switzerland. OPE! aaaand my birthday is soon!! it will be MOTHERS day on my birthday this year :) :) and i get to talk to my BIG lil' Bro. :D
