WHAT a WEEK.

Okay okay. alright alright. lets just start with the fact that these last couple of weeks. WOA! not much food planning + lots of school stress= the eating of so much GARBAGE. (except for this hummus. although im pretty sure i paid as much for it as i could have MADE 2 batches which would have lasted me 2 WEEKS. lets not talk about it.)

I got to use a chainsaw. for the FIRST. TIME. I was sawing my BAAAASE for my plaster sculpture. I want one...a chainsaw that is. I think working with wood is the greatest! happy birthday to me? eh? maybe one day!

My fambaaaaam came to vistit Logan on sunday. I sure do love them. hangin' out at Christopher and Jasilyn's apt was so fun and eating rice pudding was PRETTY great. i couldn't be any happier with my family, this girl has been blessed!

Okay, so I started a 3 day detox on Monday (so much cake, so much junk. SO much) I bought aaall the produce ($$$!) and got all amped up for it... SICK. The first smoothie tasted like vomit. all i did was substitute spinach for kale and almond butter for peanut butterrrrr. bad idea. don't go cheap, DONT. although i have to say, if i were someone who didnt know how to eat healthy and then tried this i would eat garbage for the rest of my lofe. the breakfast AND lunch smoothies were sick. so im just trying to eat all the produce i would have used this week so im at least getting all the delish vitimans and minerals riiiiight.? oh and black bean quinoa burgers. TO. DIE . FOR. eat them, love them.
